Gruyere & Pecan Queso Dip


  • 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup U.S. pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced, white and green parts
  • Tortilla chips for dipping


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except onions and the chips.

Place in a small ungreased skillet or medium oven-proof bowl.

Bake 15 minutes.

Top with green onions. Serve hot with chips.
