- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons shredded Gruyere cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup U.S. pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced, white and green parts
- Tortilla chips for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except onions and the chips.
Place in a small ungreased skillet or medium oven-proof bowl.
Bake 15 minutes.
Top with green onions. Serve hot with chips.
